How Long Will It Take For My Carpets To Dry?

The drying time depends on the type and thickness of your carpets. Most carpets will be dry in two to three hours, but some may take a little longer. Our specialist carpet cleaning experts can provide a dryer if you need the carpets dried faster. However, additional fees may apply.

Do You Move My Furniture Before You Clean My Carpets?

Wherever we can before starting your carpet cleaning service we will move your lounges, chairs and tables free of charge. For larger and heavier items or furniture that houses valuable electronics or breakable contents, please make sure they are moved before we arrive to undertake the work. We will notify you before we commence the work regarding the items that are not moveable.

Can You Clean My Carpets Whilst I'm On Holiday?

Yes, we certainly can. Just let us know who has the key to your place, and we will plan to call that person if we need to get inside while you're away. We will contact you to arrange pre-payment for your carpet cleaning service.

Can You Clean My Carpets When I'm Not Home?

We can clean your carpets or upholstery when you're not at home. There's no need to take time off work, it’s just a question of scheduling. We'll ask you to meet with us to provide a key or you can leave your key with a neighbour that you trust to provide us with entry to your property. When we are finished cleaning your carpets or upholstery we will leave your key with your trusted neighbour.

How Long Before I Can Walk On My Carpets?

We recommend letting your carpet dry before walking on it. However, if you're unable to let your carpet dry completely, please remove your shoes and then place any mats that you may have on top of the carpet before you walk on it.

Will You Be Able To Remove All Stains On My Carpet?

Some stains do cause a permanent change to the carpet or fabric on your lounge and the fibres may react with products that are used for stain removal. We can't guarantee the removal of all stains, because there are so many different fibre types and finishes.
